In both 2016 and 2017 ICAN conducted a short survey regarding infection control provision in healthcare facilities in Africa. Since this survey we have experienced one of the largest outbreaks of Ebola in Africa with many areas found lacking in both IPC infrastructure and systems.

ICAN invites you to help again in 2018 with mapping the extent of current IPC structures in Africa. This vital information will be collated electronically via SurveyMonkey (link here).

The information will be anonymous by type of healthcare facility PER COUNTRY so that we can support IPC training in Africa via the ICAN website and better shape our service to meet your IPC needs. We need your help to establish IPC priorities for Africa. The survey will not take more than 10 minutes to complete.
